Welcome to Kazi Resort & Hotel, a serene retreat nestled in lush greenery. We invite you to experience nature’s beauty while enjoying our luxurious accommodations. Please review our Terms & Conditions for a seamless stay.
1. Charges: All room rates are subject to a 10% service charge and 15% VAT. Rates include a complimentary gourmet breakfast for two (2) guests per room, featuring locally sourced ingredients. Additional breakfasts can be arranged at an additional cost.
2. Check-In/Check-Out:
- *Standard*: Check-In is at 14:00 hours and Check-Out is at 12:00 hours. A half-day charge will apply for Check-Out after 14:00 hours. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out requests are subject to availability and may incur a full night’s charge.
- *Special Accommodations*: For select suites, Check-In may be available from 11:00 hours, with Check-Out at 10:00 hours.
3. Occupancy: Rooms are designed for two (2) guests. An additional guest may be accommodated for an extra charge of BDT 2000++, which includes one additional breakfast, subject to availability.
4. Booking Requirements: We recommend reserving your room in advance to secure your stay in our tranquil environment. A non-refundable deposit equivalent to one night’s stay is required to confirm your booking. Reservations made without a deposit will be subject to availability.
5. Staff Accommodations: While we do not provide accommodations for drivers and maids, we can arrange for dormitory-style lodging for drivers at an approximate cost of Tk. 2000 net full board, provided we are notified in advance.
6. Room Preferences: Specific requests for smoking/non-smoking rooms and bed types are noted but cannot be guaranteed and will depend on availability at the time of check-in.
7. Child Policy: Children aged 0-5 years stay and dine complimentary when sharing a room with parents. Those aged 6-10 years are charged 50% of the adult rate, while children 11 years and above are considered adults and charged the full rate. Extra beds or baby cots are available upon request, subject to availability.
8. Surcharges: A surcharge of BDT 2000 will apply if smoking occurs in a non-smoking room.
9. Prohibitions: To preserve our natural environment, we maintain a strict policy against pets and outside food within our premises.
10. Identification: A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for verification purposes.
